Exchange Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

We are happy to offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including shipping the item back to us and shipping the exchanged item back to the customer.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Once your order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

If your package is lost or stolen, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Orders ship within 2-5 business days.

We want you to absolutely love everything you order from Get Lucky Boutique! At this time, we do not accept returns. All sales are final.

Exchanges may be offered for sizing only, subject to availability. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery through the Contact section of our website with your order number so we can assist you.
